Items not eligible for exchange include:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.
  • If the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the exchange shipping.

5. Digital Products

We generally do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been accessed, downloaded, or used, unless the product is defective or fails to work as intended.
